Which is more evil? Giving someone a hand-gun or not giving someone a hand-gun.

I think not giving someone a hand-gun because they could be going to save someone and you would have to live the rest of your life knowing that since you didn't give them a gun, thousands of people died and it's all your fault. But the guy might just take the gun and blow your freakin' head off.
